Actions included...Decline plastic bags wherever possible....Read a story with a child.....Smile and smile back....Take public transport when you can....Turn your thermostat down by 1 degree....Get fitter, feel better....Turn off appliances at the mains....Recycle your mobile
phone....Register online as an organ donor....Learn one good joke....Turn off unnecessary lights...Have more meals together...Recycle your clothes...Give blood....and as Ghandi said..."Be the change you want to see you in the world" Sadly it is no longer in print.
